About this Blog
This blog is an attempt to discuss various career management issues that working professionals in India face. This is a sister site to my other blog which discusses general career management perspectives. I have always wanted to comment on the sad state of affairs as far as career management of indian working professionals is concerned, and this site will reflect some of those thoughts. More importantly, I want this site to be a commentary on resources available to working professionals in India as they manage their career and create some resources too.
